Welcome
Welcome to Nirvana Court, a place where I share some of the treasures I have discovered through Sahaja Yoga, and things that I find interesting and meaningful. I hope you enjoy your visit here and please feel free to share your thoughts and/or experiences in my guestbook.
Where is Nirvana Court?
Once upon a time, I lived on a street named "Nirvana Court". I had absolutely no idea what "nirvana" meant at the time, but had been told many times that it's a beautiful word. Later I looked it up in the dictionary and it says that "nirvana" is "an ideal condition of complete bliss, joy and peace", or "the ability to consciously pause activities of the mind". I remember that our street sign would constantly go missing, presumably stolen by some die-hard fans of the famous band, Nirvana. Consequently, people always had trouble finding our street (since GPS was still unheard of back then). Eventually the city council decided to spray paint the street name directly onto the road, instead of constantly replacing the missing sign. And as such, Nirvana Court became the street without a sign.
In real life, I was also seeking my nirvana. Just as searching for a street without a sign, I was lost for a while, until one day, I found Sahaja Yoga. Through a simple meditation, my kundalini was awakened and I received my self-realisation. I was able to achieve a state known as "thoughtless awareness", in which one can enjoy complete inner peace, mental silence and emotional balance. Such a state cannot be described in words but has to be experienced to be truly understood and appreciated. If you too are lost in your journey to nirvana, try Sahaja Yoga to find the true meaning to your life.
About Sahaja Yoga
Sahaja Yoga was founded by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in India in 1970, and has since spread all over the world. It is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self-Realisation (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Meditation classes are being conducted all over the world by experienced practitioners of Sahaja Yoga, and are entirely FREE OF CHARGE, as one cannot pay for the experience of DIVINE LOVE.
